• Products must be unused.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
• Refunds are credited back to the original form of payment. 

 

Limited 1-Year Warranty

At Swingly, we are committed to quality and ensuring that playtime is always fun! All of our products are backed by our 1-year limited warranty and we will replace any product free of charge. 

If you believe you have received defective merchandise, immediately discontinue the use of the product and you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item to be eligible for a replacement.
